This is an open event. The event will be conducted on the Barwon River, St. Albans Park. (Just south of Geelong) The event is a paddle race starting from the Geelong Water Ski Club upriver to Goat Island, then back down river 300 metres past the club then upriver again and finishing in front of the water ski club. Approximately 5k’s in distance. All competitors are to meet at the Geelong Water Ski Club which is situated at the end of Wilsons Road at 0830hrs on Friday 31st March 2023 for check in. (Melways 466 H6) All participants will be timed manually and will be allocated a race number upon check in. Final instructions and an information briefing concerning the event will be held at approximately 0900hrs.

All competitors must wear lifesaving jackets. The location of the event will be subject to change depending on area weather.
