Three cycling events will be conducted this year with a Criterium, Time Trial, and Road Race all being held in the Geelong region over two days.
Criterium information will be 25, 30, 35, 40 and 45 minutes, plus two laps depending upon gender and age group.
Road Race (Age Group Scratch Race) and Individual Time Trial separated by age and gender.
Time Trial distance for all ages and genders will be approximately 26km.
Road Race for all grades, ages, and gender will be 3 laps of the time trial circuit plus a 28 km loop along Forest Road for a total of 63kms.

Final Age group groupings are subject to the number of entries received. Organisers reserve the right to merge age groups into 5-year age brackets if sufficient entries warrant it.

Date: Criterium to be conducted on Tuesday 7th October 2025
Time: Registrations from 12pm, racing from 1pm.
Location: Belmont Criterium Track, 1 Barwon Heads Road, Belmont Victoria 3216.

Date: Time Trial to be conducted on Wednesday 8th October 2025
Time: Registrations from 8.45am, racing from 9.30am
Location: Geelong Surfcoast Cycling Club Clubrooms, Forrest Rd, Paraparap.

Date: Road Race to be conducted on Wednesday 8th October 2025
Time: Registrations from 8.45am, racing from 12pm.

Racing will follow the AusCycling racing rules.
If only one entry received for an age division, that division could be deleted, and the competitor offered a position in the next younger age group. Age and or gender divisions may be merged if entries are insufficient or split if entries prove popular for an age group to ensure safe participation for all riders
Race Licences:
All riders must have a current Aus Cycling Race Membership or purchase a Race Day Licence. All Memberships and race licences must be valid on the date of the event for which you are registering. If your membership expires before the date of the event, you must renew your membership before entering this event. You will be required to show your membership on the day. Race licences for all riders will assist us complying with our permits and will need to be shown at the registration desk/point/staging area.
Teams & Individual Events
The cycling events are races and as such, involve varied levels of inter-agency competition and ability. While age group medals are awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place getters, the emphasis on the event is to promote fitness, health (physical and mental) friendship and participation. Medals will be presented on conclusion of each event.
This event is managed and officiated by our partners at Geelong Surfcoast Cycling Club (Geelong & Surf Coast Cycling Club | GSCC).
All race circuits are dependent upon successful granting of relevant permit applications and appropriate volunteer/staff numbers required for the course(s).
Program containing start list, times, directions, distances etc. will be emailed to all competitors after the close of entries.

Entries will not be accepted after Saturday 4th October 2025 unless approved by Event Head Coordinator.
