The venue offers sand dressage arenas, fenced sand show jumping arena, yards, horse wash and amenities block. Camping is available with limited powered sites available. For more information please visit www.friendsofelchopark.com.au. Bookings will be required for a powered site. $20 for 2 nights, $15 for one night. Details to follow.
Medal presentations will be conducted at the completion of each event, once final scores have been posted and confirmed.
HRCAV rules have been adopted for event management purposes only. Competitors DO NOT have to be current financial members of HRCAV in order to participate in this event. For all rules please visit www.hrcav.com.au/rules-guidelines/hrcav-manual. Competitors need to consider the entry category applicable to the combination (horse and rider) for the discipline entered. These may be different for various disciplines. Equaliser points may be applied to scores where applicable. HRCAV level assessors will be conducting checks of combinations and the organisers reserve the right to alter the rider’s level to ensure fairness throughout the competition.
Dogs are permitted but must be under effective control at all times.
Coffee van will be available both days.
Workers Barbecue will be available across the entire competition providing fantastic food for all competitors.
