Description

All athletes will need is a basic level of fitness and a desire to compete – workouts will be released via social media platforms in the lead up to the event.

All basic CrossFit movements/techniques will be considered when designing the workouts and scaling options will be available.

The day will consist of three or four workouts and a final (for the top placed athletes). All workouts will be judged, movements standards and event flow will be explained at competitor briefings before each workout.

Venue, Date & Time

Planning and coordination of the 2024 VPES Games is hastily underway and progressing nicely. Venues, dates, and times for this sport are currently being finalised and will be published here as soon as confirmed, and at such time registrations will be accepted immediately here.

It is expected that all 2024 Sport Event Schedules will be finalised and published before Monday 15th July 2024.
